I lived in this comlex for 2 years and then moved to California. I cannot tell you how good we had it in Grand Rapids. The service was exceptional, they always called you..checked on you..took care of my cat. Of course, you are going to hear your neighbors from time to time, but that is apartment living life. I have to say this complex is beautiful at a great price. I currently live in California and pay almost triple for the same size and service!!!
