I have lived here for 3 years and have gone through the management take over from Marquette Management to IPA Management. I am so much happier since IPA has been here! The staff is professional and caring. I have many packages delivered on a daily/weekly basis and the staff always accepts them, holds them in the office and will even deliver them inside my apartment when I ask. They have collected my mail and fed my cat while I was on vacation!! There are so many parties and fun events for us to attend. I recently went to one the parties and won a $300 area rug!! WOW!! I have not had many thing go wrong in my apartment, but when something did, they were there the very same day and even called the next day to see that I was satisfied! Overall it has been a great experience lately and I will stay here forever!!
