We have lived here for a year & it?s the best we have found in our 8 yrs of apt living. The last complex we lived at was near the Woodland Mall, it was free because I worked maintenace there. The problem with living rent-free was that the apartments in that area charge lower rent than most in GR & attract a lot of college students & otherwise undesirable neighbors.

We found out quickly that you get what you pay for, so we chose to move to Oxford & pay the rent to live in a nice complex. When something gets fixed, the office calls each time to see if it was done right. If UPS comes when we are gone the office puts the package in our apt, so we don?t have to run to the office at lunch to get the package. They serve free breakfast all week. When we went on vacation last year they fed my cat for two weeks & bought a bag of food when they didn?t see my extra bag in the cabinet. The manager himself called us about renewing our lease.

Overall we really like it & recommend it to our friends.
