The apartment will rip you off trust me I know. I use to work there and live there. The good comments on this website are created by the staff. They also use lies to get you to lease. I was told to tell people that it was their fault their electrib bill was high and then they told me to tell prospects that we had cheap electric bills. They waited to replace the balconies until one fell off from the third floor with people on it. The city told them to fix it well before that point.
