I can honestly say that Oxford has been a challenge. When I first moved in I thought it was great. A low pet fee Pretty decent rent for a two bedroom. And I too was told that my Electric would be extremely low prices. Our first bill was over $200. as well as the second and third.. I am very disappointed at the lies i was told when moving in here. There were a number of things wrong with our apartment when we moved in that we asked to be fixed, ei; our heater/a.c didn't work properly, carpet was torn in spots, cupboards missing shelves, dishwasher leaked, buzzer didn't work. These are just minor things compaird to most. We didn't get most of them fixed until just about a month ago and We've lived here since april. That doesn't say much now does it''
