I moved into Oxford Place in June of this year (2008). I have only been there six months but I love it. I only looked at one other apartment complex and after seeing the difference of the two, I didnt need to look at any more.

Cons- The staff does seem like they dont listen to what you say sometimes, but it depends on the person. Their is government housing nearby but I never see them in our parking lots or on our grass. There is a $50 late fee. Rent is due on the 1st and they give you until the 5th to pay it. AFTER the 5th is when the late fee is added. I have never paid late so I havent dealt with that. Parking gets a little crowded but it is safe.

Pros- Our heater wasnt working at 10:30pm and we thought we were going to have to wait hours for the maintenance guy to show up, 5 minutes later he knocked on our door and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. One of the maintenance people drove with us to our apartment when we locked ourselves out so we wouldnt have to bring the key back to the office. Quiet neighbors!

I can't believe people have had such problems. I love that they offer purse parties, holiday parties, and even participate in donating gifts for children during the holidays. The apartments are SO CLEAN on the inside. I couldnt believe how crispy white our apartment looked. The outside is nice and bright. Most apartments are dark and dim and in the woods. But these are nice and clean.

Check it out for yourself. That is all I can say. Maybe my opinion will change after living here for longer but I highly doubt it.
