My boyfriend and I lived in these apartments from October of 2007 and broke our lease early in August of 2008 because of the unhealthly living conditions! In the time we spent in our two bedroom apartment we had 4 flooding issues! The staff was very rude and uncooperative. They did not take us seriously when we had MOLD growing in our second bedroom because of one of the floods. There were issues with people breaking into vehicles in the parking lot and at one point my boyfriend watched one of the Oxford Place workers trying to chase a guy down with a dog because he had been breaking into a car. The staff is young and very immature, and I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
