Only problem out here is all the construction, as SE is a safe, popular and growing community. Nice homes, mostly peaceful but lots of kids and thin walls.

I love the vaulted ceilings, attached parking and fireplaces. I will be hard pressed to find such a nice place for the price. Maintenance always responsive
