Gives "Satellite dish friendly" a whole new meaning!

Nice homes in a nice community managed by nice people.
But one real stand out if you have a satellite TV system:
In the new section, each home is pre-wired for satellite. They provide a mounting area on the south end of the building for you to mount your dish. Just find the cable coming out of the wall below with your unit number on it and hook it to your dish. Then hook the other end (in you basement) to the end of the inside cable for the room where you want the receiver and you are all set. Each bedroom, the living room and the family room have a cable outlet coming from the basement. The family room and the living room also each have a satellite hookup, so you can feed your channel 3/4 output from your satellite receiver back into the "cable" outlet in that room to the basement and rout it to the "cable" outlets in the other rooms.
If you are in the "older" section of the community, it's not all wired for you but they have no problem with you mounting your dish on your deck as long as you follow some simple common sense guidelines.
Nice pool and park too. Snow removal is included and EVERY morning, my driveway AND sidewalk were clear.
