I lived there for about 4 months and was completely dissatified with the 2 bedroom townhome I rented. The bedrooms and bathroom were basically in the basement (as I lived there in the winter, it was freezing especially when you wanted to shower). I had to buy a small electric heater to heat up the bathroom! If you turned the thermostat up, then the upstairs was got so blasted hot you couldn't stand it. I had to move for job reasons and wound up having to pay 2 months rent. They don't call it that, they called it a termination fee, but it was still ridiculous since the rent was over $800 a month! They also insisted on me washing windows, light fixtures, cleaning stains on the carpet and polishing the bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances. I have NEVER had to do that much cleaning when moving from an Apt. I think it was so they didn't have to have it done like most places do! Only good thing was having a garage - where I had to store most of my stuff since the townhome was so small and floorplan was horrible! After all this, they tried to deduct from my deposit some money and I threatened them with an attorney general complaint, needless to say I got all my money! Would never recommend this place to anyone!
