I am in my second year here @ Bloomfield and it is definitely a great place to call home. I am satisfied living here until I purchase a home in the next 2 years.
I love my attached garage. My huge master bedroom, the PEACE and QUIET and the CLEANLINESS. The maintenance is excellent. They fix whatever needs fixing in lightning fast time. The management is stable and have a personal reason to keep this community together because they live here themselves. And yes I called it a community.
LOVE IT! Yes the rent is high but I believe you get what you pay for and this is a well highly mantained comfortable community to live in. The walls are thick and I absolutely NEVER hear noise from any of my neighbors homes. NEVER:) It is a pet friendly community also but I've NEVER seen dog poop or animal waste left on the ground (I have young children who play outside) no complaints from me. I even got BRAND NEW CARPET after I complained that I was not happy with the used carpet they lef in from the prior tenant. After my first year lease they gave me new carpet as a second lease gift! The other carpet wasn't even stained or anything, just worn from age. I was soooo surprised they accomadated my request:):)
