so i lived here for over 2 years. when my fridge broke Joe brought in a dirty used one from a different apartment with dirt all over my floor, that one didn't work. the next one he brought in dirty, and leaked water all over my floor because it wasn't cleaned out. dishwasher broke, he came over when i wasn't home and left the trash from his lunch in my kitchen, did you enjoy my tv too. dryer broke, he gave the repair guy my key and he just came in while i was sleeping!!! WTF. water heater broke, got a new one, but the hot water worked only when the furnace was blowing, 5 months of this. no compensation fro high bills because he was lazy. the windows froze on the inside, he used a blow torch and burned up my carpet. black mold on all the walls in the closets and living room, when reported he never addressed the issue. also a roach came out of the vent from the ceiling and dropped in my bathroom sink, i took the dead bug to lindsey, nothing, shes preffers to sit very inappropriatley dressed in the office on the phone. she says she'll take care of thing, but it never happens. the very last time i spoke to joe to have compensation for things, he brought up being unimpressed with my dogs, so they are mine, really don't care if your impressed or not. the people that own dogs there, never on a leash me and my dogs were attacked 2 times, he did nothing to enforce the leash law. you know the $99 deposit sounds good, trust me go elsewhere, you can get the same deal, but with much better service. he even made me go with out electrical for 2 days because he didn't want to come out and fix a short in the wire his maintenance guy couldn't fix. last thing outside lights are always burnt out, he don't care he dosen't live there.
