Pine Ridge

I hate this appartment complex! What caught our eyes was the really nice landscaping (in the front), we were fooled! Lets see, some problems that I can think of off hand are: my car was broken into twice here and it is very unsafe. When you pull into the complex there's a huge pot hole that you car will hit everytime you come home. They didn't salt the parking lot for days after a snow storm and a huge chunk of ice flew up into the bottom of my car and broke of my oil filter. Part of the reason that we signed the lease was because of the free gym membership and when the gym went out of business we were niether compensated nor offered another package at another gym. We told them leasing officer that we were looking for a quiet neighborhood because our jobs require us to get up very early; they gave us an apartment next to the Beltline and all we hear at night are passing cars, accidents, sirens, and horns. The other residents here are very inconsiderate of their neighbors, screaming at each other, loud music, and if you're a woman, pleanty of male (negative)attention. Finally the smokers. The apartments share the air venting system so if you neighbors are smokers so are you. Our apartment smells so badly and after living here for 9 months we are still not able to make the smell go away. Please take my advice, DO NOT LIVE HERE, I wish that I would have checked this site out before I signed the lease!
Oh yeah, I almost forgot, before we moved in they filled in holes in our walls but never finished them. No sanding, no painting, nothing! Just spackled walls.
