i moved in here in the middle of winter and they have all been very helpful. The maintenance staff even scraped my car when there was an ice storm, not only that but my furnace broke in the middle of the night and it was winter and even though it was midnight i still called the pager system and someone was here and had my furnace running in about a half hour. i would recommend pine ridge to anyone.
