Pine Ridge

After moving here from Central Park Place over on 5 mile I was a bit skeptical at first. It was well worth it though, the apartment looks pretty good, not great, but good! Its so much more quiet here, our apartment faces the pool/woods area and its a nice view from the 3rd floor! The staff has always been friendly to me, not just when we first moved in, and its always the same people inside so they seem to know whats going on. Just a few weeks ago we did not have hot water on a Saturday, I stopped in the morning to let them know and it had already been reported. The office actually gave me a call to let me know what had happened and that it was fixed.

The few bad things are: The hallways look very dingy. They smell like smoke even though this is a smoke free building and are very narrow. Some of the doors dont even look the same.

The other tenants, although mostly harmless, don't seem to be here to make any friends and keep to themselves.

Our car port is on the other side of the parking lot. I commented this about the other place but they still gave us one that is a bit of a walk away.

A laundry room with only 2 washers and 2 dryers. We just take ours to our families house and do it there.

My opinion could be a bit biased from my past experiences with apartments but this is definately nicer and we are paying nearly 150 dollars less than our older, crappier apartment. And that is with a pet! I would recommend this complex!
