Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
on the negitive:
had problems with the mantence; too slow. the parking was too far away. washer hook-up leaked. dishwaser was "screaming" when turned on. mold in the storage space. livingroom way too small.
on the plus:
manager was nice. quiet neighbors. pet friendly. had aircondtioning.
