I've lived at Plaza Towers for about a year and I have no complaints. It's a beautiful building that's always clean and quiet. Like another reviewer wrote, it feels as though you're living in a hotel (probably because the building consists of apartments, a Courtyard Marriott hotel, and condos). You get to use the amenities of the hotel, which is great - pool, sauna, workout room (which is always clean & has 3 TV's). The views are fabulous...but you'll pay slightly higher rent for the view of Grand River. The management is wonderful - very friendly & willing to help. I haven't had a maintenance issue. My apartment has a brand new kitchen with glass fronts to the cabinets...looks nice and crisp.

The only drawbacks I can think of are the difficulty in parking if you have guests visit (you get 1 pass for their gated structure)...it's also a pain if you have more than 1 car, like a roommate's (additional $50/month for parking the additional car).
