Great Place, but Pricey and Noisy.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
All the good points provided by others are true! It is a GREAT place to stay. However, there are a few major problems:
1. Pricy: The costliest residence in town
2. Noisy: With 3 major construction projects going on in the immediate vicinity, this is the noisiest place ever! The freeway traffic does not help either.
3. Pollution: The dust and pollution from the traffic and the construction.
4. Guest Parking: Parking place for your guests used to be free. No it is not available at all. Which means your guests are on their own!
The amenities, service, location, safety, etc are quite good indeed.
With these Pros and Cons, you should be able to make your decision!
