Plaza Towers Apartments

Overpriced From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   While it was great living right downtown, Plaza wasn't worth the price. There is no parking for visitors. My assigned spot was always flooded, and the new policy requires you to pay for parking. I would have to call several times to get anyone in the office to return my calls. I had maintenance fix my garbage disposal 6 times before I finally gave up and went without. The fixtures were cheap and the carpet was coming up along the edges and at the seams. Security was a joke. They ticketed my car in my own space because they read the list incorrectly. The location is great, but the apartments are grossly overpriced for what you get.
