I've lived here for almost a year now, and everything that could possibly go wrong, has. In the middle of summer, our air conditioner broke and it took them a week to fix it. Our heat hasn't worked all winter, despite numerous requests to have it fixed. It finally got fixed about a month ago (right when it started to warm up). Our bills are outrageously high for such a small living space. My parking spot is always flooded, if you have a roommate, they have to pay an extra $100/mo to park across the street. There is no visitor parking. Our carpet never got sprayed with a protective guard, because it looks like a pasture. I spilled milk onto our white carpet (which is also white) and it stained - that's gotta tell you something. To make a long story short, it's very expensive and there are better values out there. One good point: the view is amazing. It's also nice in the summer if you're into going to the bar.
