Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008
I lived in GRPT for 5 years, and left for 10 months - feeling I needed a change after my husband passed. As soon as I could, I moved back. In no other city can you find the "plush accommodations", great security, great maintenance, and great management. I came back as soon as I could. I would recommend it to anyone. Particularly, Connie, the Manager. She's extremely understanding, on the ball, and quick to respond positively to all my concerns...........personally and professionally. She's great!!
Don't listen to the bad reviews...........they probably didn't live here for 5 years!
Now I'm in a 1 bedroom, with a great view and I'm "home".
