I just moved into the Plaza Towers. So far everything has gone beyond my expectations. The management has been very helpful and accomodated the fact that I was moving before seeing the apartment.

As far as negative things I read on here about the Plaza.....

1.)Moving in is difficult-No...it is very easy. You are able to pull up to the loading dock, a large cart is provided and they even pad the elevator so you don't have to worry about damaging it.

2.)It is noisy...the building is not noisey. if you open the windows you can hear the city, but that is the price of living in a city.

Common areas are very clean. Laundry is available on each floor and there is a garbage chute to throw away garbage. It is very convenient.

The only negative thing is parking, it is definitely a tight fit if you ahve anything bigger than a car. There is an etremely, narrow, and awkward turn to get to the back of the parking lot.

Definitely would reccomend this place to anyone looking to live downtown!!!
