My boyfriend and I moved into the towers about a month ago and we love it here.
Some people have said that the parking is a little close quarters but I have had no problems so far. My boyfriend got a spot in the nearby Kinko's lot and has no complaints either. The walls in our apartment are fairly thin, this is my only complaint. We have heard our neighbors in some, ahem, intimate situations, but I think that may be because the girl is quite enthusiastic haha. I have been impressed with the amount of security in the building, with the use of key cards. It is always clean, I frequently see janitorial staff vacuuming and whatnot. Also our maintenance request was quickly responded to. It's great to have the gorgeous pool available to use, and being so close to everything downtown is wonderful. The staff has been a delight and we are very happy we chose this particular building.
