Pointe O'Woods Apartments

So far very good From: lilylui Date posted: 9/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   First of all I would like to say that English is my second language and that you will probably found some grammar errors in my review too.This seems very important for some people when they don't have any other tool in their hands than they go by these rude coments about managments.I am very proud that I am able to spike two languages.Also I would like to give an advice to the person that wrote these nasty comments to pay their rent on time.I think is very funny how most people who complain are the ones that don't pay they rent on time or have some personal issues with managments.I had spoken with my neighbors and I never heard anything bad about our manager or maintenance.When my husband and I decided to move to apartment after almost 6 years of home ownership,we almost didn't look at Pointe O'Woods after reading some of the negative reviews.I could say that would be a big mistake.We are happy with our choice and really consider this home.THE managment has been more than wonderful.THE Vanessa is a great person and great manager.Yes,she does have cute accent! Like half of America...Right'My friend is also living here and had struggled for a while when she was going trough divorce.She will never forget what these people in the office did for her.The best advice for people is when they come to see a place is to talk to residents and see what they think.There is only one thing that I would like to mention is in the summer time if you are on the first floor you may have some bugs.Parking is sometimes a problem if you live by the office(only on weekends). g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
