Going from homeowner to renter I didn't quite know what to expect. However, after residing at Pointe O' Woods (POW) for one year I can honestly say that I enjoyed my stay. The price for a 1,000 sq. ft. apartment with gas included was unbeatable (2 BR, LR, DR, 1 Bath, Kitchen w/dishwasher and extra storage). Both the management and maintenance personnel were friendly, professional and very helpful. Also, one thing I know from personal experience and talking with other tenants, who has resided at POW for 3 years or more, is that if you pay your rent on time and follow the rules then you shouldn't have any problems. Remember, management doesn't evict tenants without cause, tenants evict themselves.
