I had lived there less tehn a year and was happy to leave when I did. I understand taht crime happens every where, bu that doens' ease your mind when you have a crack dealer kicking in your door looking for "his money" and stealing what you have!! We have had cockroaches becuase someone new had moved in, and a huge mold problem. THe office did not do anything until we decided to call the city inspectors about the mold. They never once called back when we talked to them about the break in (that actaully happened 2 times) apparently they were looking for our neighbors. Regardless, the apartment was small but ok for the price. Just seemed as if anyone could live there and I believe the manager was either to inexpereinced or afraid of the residents to fix the problems.
