When I first moved in it was very nice and quiet. Good deal for the $. 2 years later, it's time to go. In one's weeks time I found black mold in both windows and 4 cars got broken into including mine. The new neighbor downstairs is dealing drugs without caring who sees. Maintenance was only ever used once, because after he left my digital camera was mysteriously missing! It's ghetto! Everyone listens to their music WWWAAAAYYYY past midnight. If you don't have a job it's a great place to live, you can hang out with all the other indigents getting high all day. If you want to live a normal life and sleep normally, spend the extra $50 on a better place to live!
