Not a bad place to live Id say. Ive been in some other apartments in the Grand Rapids area and this place is gold compared to them. Staff is nice, grounds are well maintained, service is good. Ive never had any problems so far in my time living here. The neighbors are pretty nice and never really experienced any noise issues. Couldnt really ask for much more.
