Great property and staff, but MAINTENANCE...SHEESH!

I just LOVE my surroundings and an impromtu pole of residents before I moved in revealed that they all just LOVE being here, too.
I'm in a tri-level townhouse with walk-out basement (finished) and it is HUGE. My two bedroom boasts large rooms and the lay-out is superb! My balcony and patio (off the basement) overlooks a creek with lots of trees! I just love the property. But, I've had some problems with maintenance in that they either do a shabby repair job or don't do it at all. In all fairness, however, I seem to be the only resident with this problem. Must be a personal vendetta!
Staff is SOOOO courteous and pleasant! I love Donna and Stephanie. Do a search and take the virtual tour. You owe it to yourself to check this place out!
Get this! The place has a real wood buring fireplace! Hey! THIS is LIVING!

I agree with the maintenance, but did they pay you to say that? Man, they must really take care of the townhouses and let the apartments go to crap!
