treatment to existing customers is bad

I wanted to upgrade my apartment from studio to 1 bed room apartment, but apartment office persons treated me very badly. When I contacted them they gave me an option of breaking existing deal and pay whatever breaking lease expense and move to single bed room eventhough I am moving in their same apartment complex or wait for my lease to be over and make new lease for 1 bed room, which does't make any sense. This is just an example.
Please think about this before you guys move into this apartment
