Steph, has been in the main office since i can remember and she was great. Now the new staff sucks. They are rude when you put in a request. and Maintence once was in my apartment when I was sleeping and i don't sleep that hard not to hear a door bell. It takes months to get a simple thing replace. and they do not even follow up on request nor leave word like "I was in your apartment today and fixed this problem" You would just have to notice if something was fixed or not. Plus this is the first APARTMENT I lived in that you are responsible for your owe gas for heat' I think they charge enough to cover gas seeing as they are located right next to train tracks that run all night long..........And what is up with all the stray cats.....My car was broken into my first month in the apartment and they acted as if they did not care.
