Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I lived here for 4 years from 1999-2002.Maintenance occassionally took a couple of days.Everyone was very friendly and courteous.Office staff went out of their way for tenants.
Storage in basement is a problem because of water damage.
Apartments per se are old but appliances are replaced regularly as is carpeting.
Overall, highly recommended.
