fairly quiet
good amount of space
good amount of storage
maintence responsive

the bad:
price
older apartments
have had 6 mandatory visits in the last 7 months (usually for the furnace-the darn
thing must need more maintence than the
space shuttle!!!!) hope you like visitors!
pool closed about 20% of the time during
the summer (and closes ON Labor Day,
regarless of hot weather)
maintance men leave dirt on the carpets
can't get cold water out of the tap
hope you don't like shower pressure
because you'll get very little
parking rules not enforced
lack of parking
poor insulation (read:high heating
bills)

I have been living here since Dec 07, and I love it. its very quiet and the place is huge. never had any problems with the maintenance or office staff (they have only come once), the staff can be a bit cold sometimes... but everyone has bad days! its a great location, half way between 28th and downtown.. its a little run down and its def. not the most trendy, but if you need something affordable it works. its mostly older people too, i have never once heard any loud music. the walls are so thick, we live on the first floor and i NEVER hear people walking and never hear the next door neighbors. anyways, just wanted to respond to this message because it was a little harsh, if you aren't to picky, im sure you would love it. remember... its an apartment... its not going to be high class 100% of the time! :)
