I've lived here in a 2 bedroom townhouse for almost a year. Not too happy with the quality. Needs updating. The shower/water heating was the worst. There are 4 of us who live here. We're lucky if 1 person can take a shower before the water turns ice cold. Maintenance just said that we have to let it recoup. Well hello, what if we all have to shower. At my last apt. 4 people could shower back to back w/ no problem. Want to feel the A/C upstairs, forget it. It will be freezing in the basement, but hotter that snot in the bedroom. Also the pool was closed for most of the summer. I'm ready to move on.

So that must be where all of our cold water went! Right to your townhouse. We had such trouble getting cold water in the apartments. I think 44% for this place is a high number!
