Fix this old ----- up

Regency Park has very spacious, nice apartments....however! The hallways look like crap, the fixures, floors and sinks are from 1960. The parking lot is so dark that you could be raped while people where sitting outside and nobody would even see it.They are just old and outdated and the sad part is they want to charge top dollar for them. Now when you move in you get a good deal but after your lease is up your rent goes WAY up. Thats why over half of them are empty.
