I lived in Regency about 9 years ago, and it was going downhill way back then. I recently drove through there at night a few times, and it looks like a total hole! Bad lighting in the parking lots, rundown, trash in the entrances, and half empty. Its too bad because at one time that was a really nice place to live.

How can you rate the apartment a "dump" if you don't actually live there? Giving speculation while driving around at night isn't exactly advice I would want to listen to, it's not really valid.
