I have lived at Regency Park Apartments for 3 years. The staff has always been really nice and understanding if you're in a tight situation. At one point, I moved into a 3 bedroom with two other girls. One girl decided to just move out without notice or payment or anything.

The office took care of me and my friend, moved us into a two bedroom at a reduced rate that we could afford for the next year. It was great. When a Comcast contractor didn't install the cable wires properly, the maintenance guy came in and did it how we needed it to hook up our computers and tv.

I then moved into a one bedroom with my boyfriend last December. They gave us an extra 2 weeks to move our stuff in without charge. They also took $70 off the rent for the first 6 months regardless that I've been living there for a couple years.

The maintenance staff is quick to fix things and always does it right the first time. The office staff is friendly and understanding even if you pay a little late as long as you let them know. I have 2 cats and a ferret and never had to pay anything for my little ones to reside with me, which can be hard to find around here.

The apartments are very spacious (756 sq feet for a 1 bedroom!)and great closet space. The bathroom is great b/c there is one room with double sinks and a wide mirror and then another door going into the actual bathroom with the toilet/shower. I love the space. The appliances work as they should.

It's a very quiet complex. The most I ever hear is the occasional person walk down the hall. Central air is great and the heat works great too. There is ample parking and my parking area is well lit. I have no complaints.

I also live here at Regency and I have rarely got any parking spot at all. Maintaince never shows up and when they do the problem still doesnt get fixed until like the 3rd time. I havnt had a problem so much with the staff or neighbors but me and my roommate would never recommend anyone to live here. Our apartment is falling apart and we were supposed to have it fixed last month but we still have the hole in our ceiling from our bathtub leaking. Which they only recaulked to fix. we also had our air conditioner break on us 3 times in a month and a half so we just bought fans to replace and dealt with the electric bill. Plus on top of that we had mold growing in our bathroom on the ceiling even though our vent worked and all they did to fix it was paint over it. we've only lived here for 5 and a half months but we hate it! that an when you have a maintaice request they just come in without asking or telling you when they will show up. I personally dont trust that at all, I would like to know when random people are coming into my house! We also had a flea infestation due to birds getting into our vents and to fix that all they did was put a screen over the vent and never cleaned it out. Plus when we moved it we found that our carpet was all stained up, we had tons of spiders, carpenter ants, and earwigs. There were holes in the walls from screws, paint drips on the floor when you first walk in, installation from the dishwasher hanging out in the open, and the drawers in our kitchen fell apart when i pulled it open. The heat in this place leaks right out all the windows and you can feel a breeze and the curtains they have here move from all the cold air leaking into the apartment. I'd have to say that the only good thing about this place is the size. Oh, and we have random people have mail sent to our house and just think its ok to get into our mailbox at anytime. Just a heads up!
