I have lived at Regency for the last 5 years was a little upset when I seen the specials they had in the paper but after talking to Lois & Judy in the office I understand they even put in a new kitchen floor for me. Maintenace is always good usually come the day I call them, I was locked out of my apartment once at 2:30am and they came and let me in and seem to be happy about it ( i'm sure they were not). I have recommended Regency to my co-workers. I do think that they should offer a discount for Spectrum Heatlh employees!

I have lived here since 2007 and I enjoy living here very much! I especially like the idea of having a buzzer system for entry into the building,not to mention the spaciousness of the apartment! The office staff is always friendly and they enjoy talking to their tenants. Mantenance staff always have answered calls in a timely manner. The grounds and the entry way/hallways are always clean. Thank you for providing a very enjoyable atmosphere to come home to! I have recommended this complex to many of my friends at work.
