My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year now and we're fairly pleased. The back view is very nice, the aparments look decent, and the staff is nice. Last summer, however, there was a maintance guy who I think was an alcoholic and he harassed me and my friend several times while we were swimming (scary guy). But, I haven't seen him in several months so I guess the management knows what's up and got rid of him. The apartment we live in is quite small, not enough room for more than a couch and one chair in the living room. If you're thinking about moving here for the air conditioning, don't. The air conditioners stop working once the outside temperature hits 70 degrees or above. Plus, if you use it, your electric bill sky rockets and you don't even get cooled off by it. But, the pool's nice and there's not too many people using it at once, typically, so you can usually move around and cool off that way. As far as condition goes, it looks a little dated, and our screen door broke (it got stuck when we tried to move it and the rollers broke off). The community's great. Never had a problem with other tenants. There's the people upstairs though that on the weekends they and their kids I swear live in the hallway. Their constantly stomping up and down the stairs and one time I found their kids playing in the hallway for like an hour. The walls between the halls and the apartments are thin, so if you're in the hallway you can hear people in their rooms, and vice versa. However, I've never heard anyone talking from apartment to apartment unless they're outside and the window's open.
Overall, I don't like the lack of space (from what I've seen, the 2-beds aren't much better), I don't like the air conditioning, but I do like the view of the woods and the animals, the pool, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly.
