Let's Be Honest

Honestly, now. I have lived here for only a few months and was fooled by all the good reviews. You want the truth' Here it is. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors take. They say you can't have big/ aggressive dogs. However, the minute the staff goes home out come the pitbulls, rottweilers, labs etc. Not all bad dogs, but not the their "strict" regulations of 20lbs. 20" high. There is also alot of dog poo in the yards, the owners aren't fined because they don't own a dog they are just "dog sitting"; every day. The pool is rarely open because of lack of maintanence/ chemicals, as well as rude people who like to poo in the pool. The police are called regularly to keep the peace. The good stuff' The apartment is nice and large, great school system, and close to shopping. If you are the kind of person who hides big dogs in the closet, and poo's in other peoples' pools, hey come on down you'll fit right in. Frankly, I think the staff is in over their heads, and too much is beyond their control.
