I am familiar with the person saying this place is a hole and they are constant complainers and would never be satisfied with anything. I cannot imagine the maint. staff not taking care of any heating or cooling issues. I have lived here for many years and know their work ethics well. The manager that is here now for the last year gets things done!! I am very, very happy here and highly recommend this place to any persons looking to move into a nice, spacious apartments where you can count on the staff. They are fun!!!
