I am not pleased with the Community Manager, she is not professional when it comes to the residents she gets very defensive if she knows she is in the wrong. You have to make an appointment just to speak with her which I do not agree with. That's why she is there in case I have a problem and I need to talk to her. The community however is very nice and well kept. Sometimes they seem to overlook the only maintenance guy who actual gets things done, the maintenance crew if very nice and gets the job done! The office staff is always nice and pleasant, they really know how to make Ridgewood your home. Despite the Manager this is a very good place to live!!
