well i disagree that with the other comments "great deal fdor us until we find out almost everyone there is on secrtion 8"

stfu-- im on section 8 and i'm not trashy. I made a bad decision at one point in my lif4e 5 years ago and now im trying to save up enough money to afford to buy a house- and until then section 8 helps me out with my rent.

HOwever-- i would NOT recommended rolling pines to ANYONE. He is right-- the place is full of trashy people- and kids running wild until 3am. Forget putting ANYTHING outside-- it will get stolen. I think the cops have been at my neighbors house 50 times in the past 2 years and the management will do NOTHING about it-- the guy totally beats the girl and i get sick of hearing it. I don't care for my 4 year old daughter to hear inside and outside two "adults' screaming ---- YOU at the top of their lungs- until he finally hits her and breaks her jaw.

They have a huge problem with animals / bugs. I complain and complain and have asked soo many friggen times for them to call an extermenator and they dont care. I've never seen so many ------- spiders in my life. There are mice everywhere. ANd they don't allow cats-- so there are even more mice. They have a bad problem with skunks

the maintanance sucks. while the men are always nice-- they take forever to fix anything.

the office ladies are rude and mean. and complete -------- for lack of a better word.

when i moved into the apartment 2 years ago the carpets should have been changed... they were completely matted and nasty and dirty when i moved in.

oh and get this- 2 winters ago they made "improvements to help with your heating costs".. do you know whatthey did' they replaced the vynal siding. Great you're thinking right' WRONG- they only replaced the siding on the FRONT of every apartment/townhouse IF you look you will see the sides and the backs still have the old nasty- while the front that everyone see;s is nice and new ---

they have the worst insulation ever. you can feel drafts through all of the outlets. what a waste of heat/ac.

there is no light in the damn places. if you get a townhouse- the upstairs has plenty of windows- however the downstairs has one tiny ass window in the living room and then one sliding glass door. The kitchen is darker than the basement.

did i mention the spiders and mice'

oh and adding to the dark rooms-- the walls are painted white or even an off-white-- instead they are painted butter yellow.

AND if you have a queen size bed FORGET getting it up the stairs to your bedroom. it's not going to happen.

plus like every month you get a new letter stating some -------- why they need to raise your rent.. yet nothing ever gets fixed.

the mailboxes are all rusted out

i could go on and on. thank goodness i finally have enough saved to get the heck out of there in 2 weeks. WOOHOO i cannot wait.

and if you are still thinking about moving here-- go look at some newspaper articles.. there really was a dead body burried on the property and some kids 'stumbled' across it.
