I have lived her for over 2 years now. For the first year I was living in a 2 bedroom town home, but I ws told i could not transfer to an apartment until my one year lease was up. The utilites were outrageuous. My parents paid less for there house utilities. Finally I was able to move to a 2 bedroom apartment. Well first of all forget about a kitchen table no where to put one, leave your washer you had in your townhome you do not have a hook up in the apartments. A plus is you have 1.5 bathrooms. The bathroom when you walk in if you are sitting down on the toliet and a neighbor walks by the toliet shakes. You can hear everything in the apartments. There is a laundry room next to the pool and one set of washer dryer in each apartment building. The two bedroom apartments are only on the top floor. Maintenance staff will do cheapest repair work needed. Also, prepare for a wait for them to fix it. I gave up on keep calling them. When i first moved in they told me they replaced the lenolium in the kitchen but when they moved the fridge back into its spot they ripped the linolium. Well a year later and its still not fixed. I was going to try and stick it out until I could afford a house, but when my 6 year old son asked when can we have our kitchen table back to eat on i was fed up. So I am looking for another apartment complex in the area. The other plus is move in is rather quick for the townhomes and this place does income based. So I do recommend it, I was happy for awhile just need soemthing different.
