I've been a resident at Royal Vista now for close to two years. I've never been late on rent or had any complaints. When it came to resigning a lease I was told that we could break the next lease with a 30 dya notice much like any other apartment complex. Trust me get anything and everything in writing. The office manager claims to have never spoken to me and would not bend any rules for any circumstances. I have been told by many friends that security deposits have been refused upon completion of lease yet I thought it would never happen to me. Be sure to look the contract over to a "T". It is now costing me over $1600 to break a contract 60 days early.
