Royal Vista Apartments

Not bad at all... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The actual apartment is great! Beautiful with a lot of space. I wish it had more windows, though, and our view is of the roof of the garage... not too pleasant. The sound here is horrible, too... our downstairs neighbors complained to us when we #1 are never here and #2 walk around like normal people. They said it sounded like we were stomping or jumping. We are on the 2nd floor, and I can hear the same thing from the floor above us. You can hear EVERYTHING. Rooms are spacious, though, and our rent isn't horrible. I wish breaking the lease wasn't so complicated. I would tell anyone else to rent here. I personally just don't like the location... I have no reason to be in this part of town anymore, and it is on a really industrial street. Kind of strange.
