Royal Vista Apartments

Love This Place!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   This place is the best!!!! The layout and the room size is huge (especially the master bedroom). It is so spacious, has a full W&D, the community/neighborhood is a mixture of college students, middle age, families and is very safe (at least I feel safe when I'm home alone and I'm a 25 yr. old female). The people all seem nice, there is a daycare right on the corner. My fiance and I are sad we have to move to Holland, b/c no other apartment complex nor even condo's compare to the size and value of R.V. It is very quiet, (get a 3rd floor), if your sensitive to noise. It's def. worth the money, we are really going to miss this place. And plus ur close to the highway and Alpine which is really nice. You can't go wrong with this place. And parking is ok, and you get a one car garage. I would def. recommend this place for young couples, families, friends. The only thing is Pet's are not allowed :(
