Okay, first of all. PlEASE PLEASE PLEASE, go online and look up michigan sex offenders. You will see that many live here! I have children, and I am scared out of my mind. I did not have this information the day I moved in, it recently falled into my lap by a friend ( who happened to tell me before I moved in, this place was dangerous ), and now I'm upset I moved because of a great deal on the apartment.
This has put me into a new level of paranoia, and I will get out as soon as I can.
Now I know why these apartments are as cheap as they are, your saving but your watching kids get beat up, the noise is unbelievable, cops are here all the time just driving thru. What does that tell you.
Plus the office staff is so bad- I'll tell you what if I could stick my head up my ass that far I could probley see they're point of view.
If you see this place, turn around walk away and don't be suckered in by the prices!

My 21 y/o daughter is moving in here so I researched this persons claims. Yes I did find ONE person in the Michigan Public Sex Offender database that lives in this apartment complex(http://www.mipsor.state.mi.us). 4th degree CSC. Was I supposed to find more? There where 87 records for this zipcode. But this zip has a population of 32,000 (http://www.zip-codes.com/zip-code/49505/zip-code-49505.asp Did I miss something? In my little town of South Haven where the zipcode encompasses 15,000 there are 25 records for my zip. Four live within a quater mile of me. If one is too many thene where you going to live? The moon? Perspective people.
