The office personnel are among the worst ever at following through on what they say they will do. It is difficult to reach the manager and she never will follow-through on what she says. Work orders for maintenance are not put through to maintenance so you have to demand in person that they come fix the problem. The staff also does not offer help\advice to the tenant on what they are supposed to do in effort to collect more money from you. The office staff also can never give you a clear answer to solve a problem and they say they will call you back, but they never do. When you call to follow-up, they screen your call so you get voice mail (which they never claim to receive your messages). They also blame their computer and the phone company for most of their issues, but they don't get anything fixed. They also will give you a bad rental history in effort to try to keep you from moving out. Though I always paid my rent on time and didn't have any damage to the apartment, they still kept part of my security deposit by saying the computer determines the amount and they don't have any control. I'm seeking legal help to resolve this problem.
