At first, Stonebrook seemed like a great place to live. A few months after we moved in, the neighborhood began to quickly become unsafe. We had several break-ins through our second-story patio door. There would be very young children (2-3 yrs) unsupervised on the sidewalks past midnight. There were constantly large groups of teenagers loitering around the grounds at all times of the day and night. The office staff ended up ripping us off out of our security deposit after they lied about the necessity of providing a written 30-day notice upon our desire to move out. STAY AWAY!!

First, it is clearly stated in the lease agreement that a 30 day non-renewal notice be submitted if you aren't going to renew..this is typical of most rental properties. The office staff even sends out a reminder. I've been living here for the past year and a half and I've never had a break-in and have only seen a cop in the area once. There have been a lot of evictions the past few months as mgt is cleaning up the place. This place is nice and worth moving into.
